The lot was so full of cars that need a repair my car had to be left in the street. It took nearly 2 weeks to get a diagnosed and I had to call and they told me they had an estimate. How do I not called? I wouldn’t have gotten that estimate for several more days. They probably could’ve done a good job, but there was no communication.

Very professional and kind and let me know exactly what the problem with my car was.

Very good at explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. Considering how busy they are they fixed my work truck faster than anyone else probably would have . Helping me greatly to get back to work.!

I had the best vehicle service experience in my life. After purchasing truck from the dealership side of Forthright auto l had to bring it back the next day due to a check engine light issue. They said it would be a ten day wait at first. Butt In spite of the place being packed with cars ahead of mine they squeezed me in since l live far out of town and had just made the purchase. Lucky for me there was a service bulletin remedy for the problem. They corrected the problem at no charge. This is the best customer service I’ve seen in years. Showed up after work and the technician knocked out my emissions test in 15 minutes. Great customer service!
